Show all versions of a component in component details view

### Current Behavior

After implementing #1120 , the new Tab could be extended with all availble releases for the component.

### Proposed Behavior

Would this make sense and be beneficial? During metadata analysis DT gets this information from the repositories, so it's probably available for most package systems.

Or should we focus more on providing links to a components release page / home page / release notes?
We could add some links from withing the Project Component and Audit Vulnerability Tab so the user doesn't have to switch / navigate to the component details page.
