Multiple platforms under same project in the UI

The enhancement may already be reported! Please search for the enhancement before creating one.

### Current Behavior:

Typically, an application might have multiple platforms. So there may be multiple dependency files involved. The current project structure in Dependency Track has an option to upload only one BOM file which limits to one platform in a project

### Proposed Behavior:

It would be great to have multiple sub-platforms (PHP,java,python,..) under one project (project A) to view them all in one place rather creating separate projects
