Provide the ability to upload multiple BOM.xml files for one Project

Some projects have multiple code base builds. I have a project that has 4 BOM.xml files due to the multiple code-base builds. It would be very handy to support uploading all 4 BOMs to the same project so that we can aggregate the components, their licenses, and findings. Otherwise, we have to do all this aggregation work manually after we create 4 projects and import the BOM file for each one.
