[Cosmetic] Can you make the vulnerability counts on the dashboard link to them?

### Current Behavior:
On the project page, there's a row of colored circles indicating the number of vulnerabilities (critical/high/etc). Looks nice! The legend on the top graph also has those numbers.

### Proposed Behavior:
Could you make those circle be links to the list of relevant vulnerabilities? Otherwise, you have to navigate to them, which is an extra couple of possibly error-prone steps.

Start at the project page's vulnerability-count circles and the top-graph legend, then trace how the existing vulnerability list is reached. Done means each severity count links directly to its relevant vulnerability list from both locations.
