Support for correlation / transaction ID headers

There can be situations when an external application used to create projects and inquire projects using Dependency Track API's needs to keep track of certain information. This can be supported by supporting custom headers in the requests and responses from Dependency Track. This could be **X-Correlation-Id** that would be able to accomodate any relevant information that the external application communicating with Dependency Track wants to use for this purpose.
