Cannot add affected component on internal vulnerability

### Current Behavior

when i tried to edit a new affected component, it will disappear when i tried to refresh the page

### Steps to Reproduce

1.create a internal vulnerability
CVE-2025-8262_POC_AppSec (INTERNAL)
2.add title this is a test and severity critical
3. add affected component, choose cpe, cpe:2.3:a:yarnpkg:yarn:1.22.22:*:*:*:*:*:*:*, exact
4. update and then refresh the page, the affected component will disappear

### Expected Behavior

the added affected component should not disappear
