Email notifications are not sent via email if teams are configured as recipients.

### Current Behavior

- Email notifications are not sent via email if teams are configured as recipients.
- Team exists and contains OpenID Connect Users.
- SMTP server configured and works (checked with test email notification with filled "Destination" )

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform the test when only teams are configured as recipients.
2. To check functionality, I fill in the "Destination" field and make sure that the test email arrives.

### Expected Behavior

Email notifications, if only teams are configured as recipients, must be delivered to team members.
