No Vulnerabilities found from Projects for past 2 days

### Current Behavior

Hi, I am using Dependancy track 4.13.1 version.. Every thing was working fine till last friday.. but suddenly I could get only components but no Vulnerabilities scanning. It shows 0 for all metrics

In the logs I see the following error

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Run dependancy track 4.13 and upload a SBOM to Dependancy track.. The same SBOM I used to get many vulnerabilities

Scan the vulneribilities
