Sort/Filter for Vulnerabilities/Licenses on Dependencies Tab

### Current Behavior:

I don't see any way to sort the Vulnerabilities Column on the Dependencies Tab for a project, nor filter out those dependencies that have no vulnerabilities.

### Proposed Behavior:

At a minimum, add sort to that column so rows with vulnerabilities all end up at the top or bottom of the table. There already is sort for many of the other columns. While you are at it, please add Sort to the License column too.

In addition, it would be great if you could filter things out in this table, like only show vulnerable components, or only show apps with license X, or whatever.
