Description
### Current Behavior
- `BSD 2-Clause "Simplified" License` is included in the `Permissive Licenses` group but `BSD 2-Clause with views sentence` is not included
- `Python-2.0` also looks permissive https://spdx.org/licenses/Python-2.0.html
- `BlueOak-1.0.0` is public-domain like https://spdx.org/licenses/BlueOak-1.0.0.html
### Proposed Behavior
Why not add them to the group?
