Description

### Current Behavior

I have an alert which is limited to a tag. If I expand the alert in the UI, "Perform Test" and then expand the "Limit To" section the tag is not shown. If I expand the "Limit To" section without performing a test beforehand it is correctly shown.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an alert that is limited to a tag
2. Reload the page
3. Expand the alert and "Perform Test"
4. Expand the "Limit To" section

### Expected Behavior

The configured tag should be shown in the "Limit To" section but it isn't.
