Since 4.12 project is rendered as PURL instead of name version in slack notification

### Current Behavior

Since I upgraded to 4.12 project is renderded as PURL instead of name and version in slack notification, see the screenshot with last notification before upgrade and new after upgrade

### Steps to Reproduce

1.configure slack notification and see what is displayed

### Expected Behavior

Same behavior than before or something explaining in release not what I need to change in notification template to display the right information
