Included in exported SBOM release note information

### Current Behavior

The release notes object is not exported

### Proposed Behavior

When a SBOM is exported it should also include the release notes object populated with the current available properties ie version and tags. With the implementation of https://github.com/DependencyTrack/dependency-track/issues/3933 even more properties would be set.
