Project link under a team on Portfolio access control does not work and has a wrong URL

### Current Behavior

The Project link under Portfolio Access Control contains a wrong URL and clicking on it opens a 404 page


The URL for the projects contains an extra term "admin" which breaks the link.


### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Portfolio Access Control Menu
2. Select a Team
3. on the listed projects access, click on one of the project
4. instead of opening the project, we get Page not found error

### Expected Behavior

Project should be loaded
