Delete Previous SBOM

### Current Behavior

If an incorrect Sbom is uploaded to a project, this can lead to an incorrect history of the project hence the wish to be able to remove these incorrect SBOM's.

### Proposed Behavior

I would like to be able to see a list of all SBOM's I have uploaded for a project and be able delete them one at a time. This is so my history of a project can be as accurate as possible.
