Add support for new Jira Security feature

### Current Behavior

Jira now has a separate "security" section https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-security-feature/

Will be great to have it natively supported with Dependency Track.

### Proposed Behavior

Add support for new exporter.
