DT components in Project

### Current Behavior

I have created a project in DT and uploaded a SBOM and it provides components and vulnerability information. But when I finalize the SBOM in Blackduck HUB and uploaded it to DT the old components are present no update is happening.

But if I Create a new project in DT and then Upload the SBOM it show all the latest components and vulnerabilities.
