Provide information about who/when/SBOMs uploaded for each product

### Current Behavior

If is look at the project details (see below), there is very little about the history of it (unless I am missing something). It would be good to know who created it, when it was created, what files have been uploaded such as SBOMs and so on.


It would be nice to have perhaps a history tab for this type of information.

We use DT for short term information and then delete the project. Since we do not know who created the project, we do not know who to ask if it can be deleted. Yes, perhaps it could be tagged or in the comments, bit there is a lot of relevant information in the logs that should be exposed as part of the project information.

### Proposed Behavior

Certainly have the information on the project pop up as a minimum. To include

Date/Time created
Who created
SBOMs imported and by who with the time and date of when done.

Other stuff? Open to suggestions
