Description
### Issue Type:
- [ ] defect report
- [X] enhancement request
It would help if Dependency-Track Administration allowed the possibility of configuring the default selection of columns that should be displayed.
### Projects Use Case:
"Projects" currently displays the following columns, all enabled by default:
* Project Name
* Version
* Last Scan Import
* Last BOM Import
* Vulnerabilities
In a Dependency-Track configuration where all projects are based on BOM, it would be useful to be able to configure the "Last Scan Import" column to be not displayed by default. Justification: in this scenario, "Last Scan.." has become a column that takes up 20% of the width of the screen and yet displays no content!
As this enhancement would only allow configuration of what columns are displayed by default, it would still allow for column display to be re-enabled on-the-fly by users.
Being able to "free-up" screen real-estate by disabling default display of columns opens up the possibility that columns that are not yet even offered in DT could be "switched on" by the administrator and yet not result in an over-wide screen.
To be really useful, would it be necessary to implement cookies or such-like so that users' individual display choices are remembered from session to session?
### Environment:
- Dependency-Track Version: 3.4.0
