Vulnerabilities Report

### Current Behavior

For now we have option to get vulnerability report of project through API. But it only have data such false positive, resolved for suppressed vulnerability while the comments is not mentioned.

### Proposed Behavior

If we can get vulnerability report with all the data component name, version, vulnerability, audited vulnerability and comments for all suppressed and non-suppressed findings in excel forrmat
