Extend project filtering by tags and versions

### Current Behavior

The filtering of the projects is done by a input text field, where is possible to filter exclusively by project name.


### Proposed Behavior

It would be nice if the filter was improved, adding the possibility of doing mixed search of different columns: Project Name + Tags (1 or more) + Version, in a single search.
