Add the latest vulnerable version of the dependency to the report

### Current Behavior

At the moment there is no last vulnerable version of the dependency in the report (like "versionEndExcluding" in OWASP dependency-check). As I understand it, the UI just displays the latest version of the dependency (without any information whether it is vulnerable or not).

### Proposed Behavior

Add the latest vulnerable version of the dependency to the report (like "versionEndExcluding" in OWASP dependency-check).
