API for CPEs don't work

### Current Behavior

Hello,
This API and many others should return a CPE in output but none of them do it.
Also Cyclonedx (maven, gradle and nodejs) don't have a field for it, although, inside the tool, in the Vulnerabilities details it is possibile to see them in the "details" tab.
Is there any way to get a full of list of CPEs for a Component, or even better, for a project?

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Have components with vulnerabilities
2. REST APIs calls to export data of the components

### Expected Behavior

To value the CPE field in APIs outputs, for those component where that same value is shown by graphic interface
