Audits To Investigate

I have searched, but can't see a feature similar (though, not sure if my terminology is correct)

### Current Behavior:

Review all risk score > 0 and check if all issues have been investigated.

### Proposed Behavior:

Have way to see which projects have a vulnerability with no investigation status.
