Description
### Current Behavior:
Currently when portfolio access control is enabled, there is no column in the UI showing the number of projects a Team has access too. I think this could be helpful to users/admins.
### Proposed Behavior:
Add a column to the "Teams" view under Access Management and/or the "Portfolio Access Control" view.
