Language Changes Request

When I am using Sindhi (سنڌي) language while customizing the theme, it is converting the numbers into سنڌي numbers. While commonly people use Arabic western numerals.

The numerals should be independently changeable while customizing the theme.

Or you can simply stop translating the numerals with the language changing option, because I realized that some languages i.e "اردو" weren't changing the numerals.
