🚀 Feature: Browse Existing Custom Icons

### Description

I believe this project will benefit from an ability for users to browse existing icons, to see if the icons they need may have already been uploaded by someone else.

At the same time, this may be a separate feature - But the ability to update a custom icon would be great, but probably require assigning icons to users
