❓ Question: How to Get the Panels to Update?

### Description

I have been looking around and I'm unsure how to get the panels each icon sits in to update for example " Followers " or " conributions " it seems that it hold what ever it was at the time of adding it.

Is there something I'm missing here or any advice ?
img.shield.io has it updated, but these ones won't
