Give admins ability to switch project/group/event owner

Currently, if we want to switch the owner of a project, group, or event, we need to do it from the django admin console. However, the django admin console eliminates newlines in text fields, and doesn't update the cache, so we should provide an admin control for switching owners in the main site.
