Location Input Box Missing in Local Testing

When testing a new feature on local, I found that on the creating group page, the input text box for location is missing.
And I created the branch from the master branch. Please take a look at the following two images for more information, where I've highlighted the important details in red boxes.

I have confirmed this issue on both Chrome and Safari browsers.
