Description
In GitLab by @luitjansl on Nov 17, 2023, 12:31
irregular structured grids ( structured grids where dx and dy are not constant) are supported by imod-python, but several new features have not been tested with them. Clipping, regridding, partitioning, high-level wells and high level flow barriers for example.
The testbank should be expanded to test these features with this type of grids.

Research direction
Start by locating the testbank and its existing tests for irregular structured grids. Review coverage for clipping, regridding, partitioning, high-level wells, and high-level flow barriers, then add cases for features not yet covered. Done means these features are tested with grids where dx and dy are not constant.
