Add constraint to MFA Flow name to be unique

During MFA-Flow assignement, MFA flows with same name cannot be distinguished from each other

Start at the MFA-Flow assignment entry point and locate the MFA Flow name model or schema. Check how existing flows are stored and assigned, then add the uniqueness constraint so flows with the same name cannot coexist. Done means duplicate MFA Flow names are rejected and the assignment view can distinguish each flow.
