Add granular settings modules for activity logs events

- Events should include specific setings module (notifications, general, license etc.)
- The endpoint for updating settings should be divided into smaller ones for each event type
- We will introduce a command that will migrate legacy settings to the new granular events. The command will be optional and will be included in the migration guide. The admin will decide if he wants to leave the old events untouched (he will be able to filter) or migrate and filter.
