[Feature]: Authentication URL for Entra ID/OIDC

### Problem description

We had an issue with a costumer, who had ARC as the default browser, which is chromium based
The Defguard Client would automatically open a browser Tab for authentication, but with the arc browser, it just opened an empty tab.

### Proposed solution

Provide an option to authenticate with a browser of choice

### Alternatives considered

if possible, provide a solution for the ARC Browser
