Display event metadata in activity log

Continuation of https://github.com/DefGuard/defguard/issues/1228

For now we've implemented a simple approach - each event can have a description which is shown in a dedicated column and can be searched.
Showing the underlying JSON metadata is still required, expecially for modification events (for example user editing settings).
