[Design] Mobile version for tablets/fold phones

Since we are implementing the new mobile version let's add a tablet/folding phone UI as well. Does not need to have dedicated screens - may be location/instance on the left and controls on the right, whatever @Va1ter you think is suitable - but let's not "scale" the mobile view to tablet as it looks awfull ;-)
