App process frozen on windows.

In some unknown scenario app can be opened and only spawns a process that does nothing. Subsequent opening of the client only spawn next processes that are as well dead. After killing all processes and launching client again the issue fixes itself. There is 0 logs left from this in either client logs or service logs. Issue observed on Windows 11.
