[Refacto] Update sarif_om library when available

Sarif constructor in sarif_om library are too generic. Manipulate typed objects is better

A pull request is waiting to be merge in the library repository: https://github.com/microsoft/sarif-python-om/pull/6.
Once merge we could integrate this to modernize the code base
