# Add executions top message in place on the home screen

## Context

For now the only manual communication are the Communication (which is global to all executions) and the discard reason.

## Expected

Add a way for the Project Administrators to add a specific messages to an execution/cycles in the Executions screen.

This issue will depends on #19
