Description

#532
Describe the solution you'd like
On the projects list the user is allowed to browse, he can either browse all of them via a select list, or type the project code/name/tag(#539)/folder(#538) (autocomplete)
Before selecting a project, the user should see its code, name, some of its tags (if any), if the project is inside a folder.
Hovering the project line should display the project description.
For an easier access, the user can set the projects he uses to most to favorite.
