**Why do you want to add this epic ?**
Technical and functional debt is causing many issues:
- Some features can be more user-friendly, intuitive
- It's not always easy to add/update features
- Old database design is leading to performance issues
- etc.
**Description**
After suggesting a new database model, the next step is to migrate the "legacy" data. This will be done by modules, not forgetting to link them when needed.
