Folder select when filtering select too much

**Describe the bug**
On the cartography view, when I apply some filter and I want to select a folder, all functionalities of this are selected, not only the ones matching the filter

**Expected behavior**
Only functionalities mathcing the filters should be selected

Reproduce the issue in the cartography view by applying a filter and selecting a folder. Trace the folder-selection behavior and compare the selected functionalities with those matching the active filter; done means only filtered functionalities are selected.
