Make it possible to create & import snapshots

**What it's the actual situation on ARA ?**
Currently it's not possible to create and import project configuration from GUI in ARA.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The idea would be to be able to add this functionality directly from the ARA interface through the project management part.

1. Creation of a snapshot:
* Have the possibility to make a copy of project configuration & cartography

2. Import a snapshot:
Have an import function to upload your snapshot and reset the saved settings.
