Filter by technology

**What it's the actual situation on ARA ?**
This issue **relies on** #272.

In the execution detail page, there are filters on country and type but not on technology.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a filter on technology (similar to the other filters).
Also, clicking on a specific scenario selects the matching technology filter.

Start at the execution detail page and inspect how the existing country and type filters are implemented. Trace how selecting a scenario currently identifies its technology, then add the technology filter and make scenario selection update it. The work is done when both filtering and scenario-driven selection behave consistently with the existing filters.
