Group by country, technology

**What it's the actual situation on ARA ?**
This issues **relies on** #272.

In an execution panel, each line is only grouped by type, even though there are higher hierarchies, i.e. technology (#272) and countries.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great to unfold scenarios by countries, then by technologies before unfolding by types.
