@ignore on a postman collection / scenarios

**What it's the actual situation on ARA ?**
In Functionalities / Assignation Tab,
When we use @ignore tab on a Scenario Postman
@Tag is not take into account and we got an assignation error on the column "Wrong Country Codes"

Manage @ignore tag for postman scenario

Start by reproducing the issue in the Functionalities / Assignation tab with a Postman scenario using the @ignore tag. Trace how ignored scenarios are processed and why the @Tag is still validated as a country code. Done means ignored scenarios are excluded from assignation errors, including “Wrong Country Codes”.
