cartography - NRT covered per branch or only on Dev Branch

**What it's the actual situation on ARA ?**
Currently, we don't make distinction about covered NRT by branch
we must have to link functionality & Scenario on master / Stab / Develop in order to obtain correct link "Functionality / Scenarios"

**Describe the solution you'd like**
2 possible solutions :
- only link Branch Dev / functionality and Scenarios
or
- possibility to make a distinction between Master / Stab / Dev ( % Scenarios on Dev cartography / % Scenarios on Stab cartography / % Scenarios on Master cartography
