Move Demo related code to its own module

# Move Demo related content to its own module

For the moment, the Demo related content (code and resources) lives inside the `ara-server` Maven module.
But all this content doesn't gives more value to the server.

It might more coherent that those resources are moved inside their own dedicated Maven module (something like `ara-demo`) which will have the `ara-server` as a dependency.
