Add "Description" column on functionalities tab

1° Go on functionalities tab

Please could you add "description" column to describe Functionality
I think there is interesting to see 3 main columns

- Functionality Title (Sum up)
- description column (for more details about the functionality)
- comment column (personal note for example)

Start at the functionalities tab and inspect how the existing Functionality Title and comment columns are assembled. Add a description column between them so each functionality can show more detail, and verify that the tab displays the three requested columns.
