Move "Max Level" setting out of advanced or add another setting for excluding best buddies

I find updating the "Max Level" setting between 51 and 50 is needed very frequently, if not more than the "IV Floor" setting. It would be nice if we can access this more easily by moving it out of the collapsed by default "advanced" menu, or add a similar setting like a check box for excluding best buddy calculations. Currently it's a little frustrating to do this because I have to expand "advanced" first every time and the button is quite small to hit with my fingers :( . If you think that is okay, I can make a PR. Thanks!
